No. cael reads availability only — it never fetches or stores booking or invitee data. The actual booking always happens on the source platform, which stays the source of truth.
Calendly (OAuth or just a teammate's public link), Cal.com, and Microsoft Bookings. Visitors on your public page can also overlay their own Google or ICS calendar to hide times they're already busy.
A rolling ~60-day window per source is cached and refreshes automatically. If a slot is taken between render and click, it simply won't be offered on the booking page.
